today SUPER exhausted.bak siaps all day, brain like still sleeping lidat,like half awake state. yestrday la, chat for so long, i slept at 3am n woke up at 745 am this morning..xtremely tired,dizzy dizzy,feel like fainting now alr, bt just ate breads,today v late then eat cos came hme late frm the practical..so no choice bt to stone for a while b4 gg to bed.
wa, this morning i wanted to take the usual 845am bus to sch ma, so i was standing at the bus stand since 842,den wait n wait unti 850,still no sight of it, in the end, i have to walk to sch. so bo liaos,stand dere for so long, waste time n walk to sch in the end. den aftr that, when i wanted to take bus hme frm sch at 1020am, i went to the bus stop at sch, again. den to my horror, i found out from the bus schedule pasted on the wall of bus shelter stand that there will only be a bus to my hse at 1056am, the timings and frequencies of that bus has CHANGED, totally diff frm the kiam chai schedule in my purse! i tot i bak huay or ward, cos i wasnt very alert tday, lack of sleep, so i open my eyes wider n studied the timetable again n again, to make sure i have seen wrongly. eh.. so strange, den i saw at the bottom of that schedule sheet, it stated that'with effect from 07/09/08.a NEW SCHEDULE alr! wa! lousy! y can chage bus schedule all of a sudden one! i dun remember sg buses gt dat pervertic.
n WORSE part is the bus tt winds past my hse,now CUMES ONCE EVERY HOUR ONLY!at 56th min of evey hr!! wa! where gt lidat one? isit so ulu to go pass my place tt they have to cut down on the frequency?? hw can lidat! and no more 845am bus to sch for 9am class alr, nw bcum 830am, which means i will reach sch at 840, whatever for?!! so early, siao. bt i will be so lazy to walk in the morning leh..im usually v groggy in the mornings. lousy!!!!!
n i went to the website to check the times ma, den realise hw cum there isnt a timings for sat?.. so weird, dun tell me the bus wun cum around on sat, which means i will be stuck in my little forgotten ulu part of the island n no more sat market n food trips alr? hah!!! cannort!! so sad! this is so damn perthatics la. wth. gt a sudden URGE to move out alr.
ntdy is like so freaking cold.back to winter times again.y lidat one,suppose to be spring now wad.keep on raining all day too, if nt for the practical, i think i wun even be gg out. hate to go out on rainy days.bt wind wasnt strong, so i gt use my kiddy brolly.
practical was 'quite ok' tday..sth new, haven done before in the past. observe n identify pollen grains from prepared slides under microscope. pollen said to be taken from a sample from the bumble bee's nest, so by looking at the pollens, can determine what the bees forage on n thus predict the type of vegetation or tree species in that land. haven seen actual pollen grains before, so quite interesting to see them today, bt the counting part nt fun,have to count at least 300 seeds, i gave up aftr 190 seeds, den i cheated by anihw top up numbers here n dere to make the total 300..hehs..eyes v tired la,llike gg to drop out any moment.
den nxt part is to identify FOSSIL PLANTS (more like remnants n decomposed tiny almost non existent fragments) from the provided sludge(looks like some river water collected from bt batok nature park tadpole river, lots of tiny fragments of rotten barks n flakes of decomposed leaves n twigs). wth, how to find FOSSIL plants(plats remnants from like 100million years ago) from that puddle of tadpole water?? i was sceptical i wld find anything at all.
den we were provided wih some pics of the fossil plants we might find in dere,so i took one of the sheets, n soon i was looking n siefting thru the puddle, armed with forceps, trying to giap out sth meaningful, tt looks like PART of a fossil plant, n look under the dissecting microscope, the lightless one,have to set up a table lamo beside it n SHINE LIGHT onto specimen, to illuminate it. i was lucky tday i guess, i even managed to pick out 2FOSSIL PLANT remnants from that mass of black all lookalikes bark n twigs! so was quite happy,means can go hme alr,aftr taking it to lecturer who wil take a digital pic of it under microscope n confirm tt ive found the right stuffs. wad a relief.i managed to accomplish an impossible mission (to me at first)! quite interesting la, to think i looked at so many species of pollen grains n fossil plants dated back to 100 million years ago (n im so proud of myself tt i van fish den out from that black mess), at least more fun than its lectures, the lectures are SUPER BORING! tday i dun even wads gg on during its lecture! i nearly fell asleep. realise i always dunno wads gg on during this vegetation in tas lectures,like no point gg to lectures at all.its only when i read thru the notes for the entire past half sem (6weeks), yestrday, on my bed, den i cum to realise wad has been taught all along. so tml morning the 9am lecture, i feel like ponning leh, cos so early, n i bet i wun be listedning at all even if im dere. or maybe take the 915 bus, wlk in at 920am..attend 2nd half, at least wun look so bad.
oh dis morning met leo n he suddenly commented that i seem to be very happy chatting late last nite! wa! den i asked him can hear wad i was saying or nt, den he replied nt really, bt can hear talking voices, n said heard me laughing also! wa, told u alr, the walls are so no sound proof, tts y im so afraid of talking on skype each time cos like everybody will hear me, esp if i were to gossip abt them,i wld die if they hear me speak ill of them!! so dangerous...
watched a bit of shan bao mei in sch tday, i was so puzzled during the opening part,tot i opened the wrong drama or wad, cos it was actually in ENGLISH! n its dose taiwanese accented, trying to sound american type. so the flashback on previous episode was in english, bt the picture was in SEPIA, it was made to look like its out of some cheesy 1960s kind of shows,gt tt ancient feel, like the arts central cheesy luchadors,batman n robin. quite novel. thats y i like to watch, cos gt tt v special feel abt it, cant describe, u wil noe once u watched it. bt it revolves around the cup size issue all the while.
n i played meerca chase this morning too. quite glad tt neopets is working on safari! so nw i gt games to play alr. bt quite hard to play games without a mouse leh, i should get a mouse:) n this week, im in antisocial mood again,due to my long fringe, must be,bt i dun thunk im gg to cut in on dese few days, cos im gg to drama marathon, as long as possible tmr onwards when speed is restored!make full use of it before it gets retarded again!
ah..dizzy dizzy, n a bit of indigestion today too.. feel like fainting alr. ya hor! suddenly remembered tml gt free cakes at the chao bis chemistry building! dunno shld go or nt leh, like dun reflect too gud on me,i will be labelled as greedy by my lecturer. bt on the other hand, so tempted to check out hw fantastic they are or see wad they hve gt.den can eat free brunch oso.. see hw lor.. heh hehs..
u mus be sleeping again now, skipping dinner.
