wa.... feeling so piggish lately leh..my snacking habits seem to be back again..cannort..must start throwing and clearing unhealthy fatty foods alr..
so recently i bot a lot of fruit leathers and grapes to snack on, n try to curb my appetite. heard that eating fruits in the morning can help to maintain body shape n stay slim n fit, so

ive started to eat grapes n oranges for breakfast, bt ate some oily muruku sticks n corn chips also sometimes, cos always hv the urge to eat sth crunchy n sweet in the morning..bt dinner always end up feasting on my tasty breads n cheeses , den like a lot of carbo at nite, like nt very gud, too much carbo can make me fat..hah... dunno hw leh..bt i like to eat breads,cant resist eating breads whenever its dinner time. think i will need to start cutting dwn on carbo intake frm tml onwards..
